B&B Piazza Madonnina

This was our second stay, and the room was spacious, very clean, and tidy both times, with everything we needed, including a refrigerator. The owner was kind and helpful, even coming from her home so we could check in early, and she made sure the room was cool with the air conditioning on. Breakfast is served at the pastry shop across the street, with good pastries as well as the usual croissants. I had a great sfogliatella and coffee. The location is right in the center, and our room faced the other side of the square, so we couldn't hear the festivities going on. Highly recommended. I'm holding back the fifth star as encouragement, since even something excellent can be improved. Congratulations, this will be our B&B on future visits to Battipaglia.

The owner is very kind, and the breakfast deal with the bar across the street gives you plenty to eat. This is a good-quality B&B on the top floor of a building. Our room was next to the elevator, though, and we could hear the elevator tracks. That room needs soundproofing.

We got a friendly welcome, and the place was clean and very central. But all the noise kept us awake. The air conditioning was too loud, and the sound seemed amplified by the balcony's veranda. The mini-fridge in the room and the elevator were amplified too.

The apartment was airy, well organized, and had everything we needed. It's in a classy building on the 8th floor, with views and multiple exposures. The neighborhood is upscale, busy, well stocked with shops, and has green spaces and parking. Very welcoming.
