Baunei is a traditional village with some lovely little bars and easy access to Sardinia’s best beaches. We had the perfect holiday here and can’t wait to return. The apartment was very clean and well equipped, and the views from the balcony were stunning.

Mario made our five nights so much easier with helpful recommendations and tips on where to go and what to do. We’ve travelled to many countries, and he was one of the most helpful hosts we could have asked for. The village is beautiful, with breathtaking valleys and mountains around it, and Pedro Longa is right nearby, a beautiful place to snorkel and swim. We feel lucky to have stayed here and would definitely recommend it to other travellers.

A beautiful valley view and a great base for trekking. The apartment was really nice and clean, and the owner was helpful and spoke good English. For value for money, I’d give it 11/10. I recommend it!

Mario gave us impeccable advice on which coves to visit and what excursions to do, and both he and the ladies who keep the house in perfect condition are such lovely people. We had a great time. The house is beautiful, well maintained, spacious and comfortable, with parking always available. The villages are very characteristic, and the location is ideal for anyone who loves the mountains and peace and quiet. Even in August the climate is perfect and it’s cool. Thank you so much!
