10/10
We loved being right on the waterfront along the Main Street, with everything we needed within a 10-minute walk. The balcony had a breathtaking view and was a lovely place to sit and watch the world go by. The apartment was spacious and had everything you'd expect. Carlo was fantastic. He met our family at the ferry dock, helped carry our luggage for the short four-minute walk, and gave us great tips for food and things to do. Renting a boat for two hours to tour the lake was a highlight. It was unusually hot, and we really appreciated Carlo arranging an extra fan for the kids. The main bedroom mattress was much harder than we're used to, so I didn't find it as comfortable as I'd have liked. That may suit other people, though.

We had a great stay and really enjoyed the amazing lake views. The place was in an excellent location, very clean, spacious and well equipped. Carlo was a fantastic host.

A very busy street and a bit noisy, but the experience was good overall.

The staff were really friendly, quick to reply and gave helpful advice, and I had no complaints about the cleanliness. The location's good, but the apartment itself wasn't great. There's an induction hob but no pans that work with it, and the Italian coffee maker can't be used on induction either, so making coffee wasn't possible. The shower was broken. The mattress wasn't comfortable for me, and I woke up with back pain every morning.
