The children had a great time, and we felt at home in this welcoming place. The owners were incredibly kind: while it was raining, they picked us up at the ferry terminal and even gave us an early morning ride. The property has a large open garden all around and a beautiful lake view.

The host was lovely and the apartment is in a beautiful location, but the accommodation itself is very basic. There wasn’t even soap by the bath, and everything felt quite simple.

The view over Lake Como is fantastic. The only downside is the distance to Bellagio and the food market.

It’s a bit of a way from downtown, but the views toward Lake Como are worth it!
