Hotel Centrale

Our room had a big furnished patio with lake views, and the decor and furnishings were lovely. In the middle of the courtyard stands a 100 year old pine, visible across the lake. It’s the only tree you can see in the central town, and felt like a beacon of 'home'. This family-run hotel is a real gem. The busy alleyways give way to a peaceful courtyard as soon as you enter. They thought of everything, from cold water on arrival to restaurant tips and bookings that helped us avoid queues. Breakfast was excellent, and glasses were provided free for drinks at the courtyard tables. Everyone helped with a friendly smile. I can’t recommend it highly enough.

Hotel Centrale Bellagio has that cozy, family-run feel despite being in a tourist hotspot. We stayed in summer 2025, and I’m sorry it took me so long to leave a review. Our room had a terrace overlooking the lake, and the sunbed out there was a treat. The breakfast buffet was something to look forward to each morning. Michele, I hope I got your name right. You personally took care of us, planned our public transport itineraries, and gave us great bar, restaurant, and trip suggestions. Before our early 5.30 am checkout, you even left breakfast on a tray in our room the night before. Top notch!

Immaculate room and very good value. It’s a fantastic family-run hotel, less than 100 meters from the Ferry and close to lots of good restaurants. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Bellagio.

Set off a quiet pedestrian-only walkway in Bellagio, this lovely small hotel is close to the ferry slips. It mixes old-world charm with modern touches like key card room access and high-speed WiFi. The staff are friendly and accommodating. They can provide maps and advice on transport, and the breakfasts are excellent. Highly recommended.
