This is about the restaurant, not the hotel. We were seated quickly and everything came out promptly, so the service was great. The caprese salad was fine, though the tomatoes weren't as fresh as I'd expected. The carbonara was delicious and very creamy. The lasagna was so hot I couldn't eat it for at least five minutes, but it had plenty of flavor. A good place for a quick bite.

The view was gorgeous. We arrived a little before 7pm and watched the sunset over the water while having what was one of our best dinners in Lake Como. The lasagna was fluffy and melted in your mouth, and the Tiramisu was incredible. A great experience all around. 👏🏼

On our third morning we moved to a room with a full lake view and balcony, and it was spectacular. The side twin room we started in was tiny but clean, which was fine since we spent our time sightseeing. The front desk was more than welcoming, and breakfasts had plenty of good choices, though the pancakes weren't edible. At our first afternoon cocktail on the outside terrace, things got confusing: one waiter showed us a table, then another embarrassed us by asking us to move. A third waiter confirmed we could stay. After that, we were greeted with a welcome back, and the cocktails and food were good. They found my sweater, and night security retrieved it for me. Happy stay, and I'd definitely return.

We had a comfortable room with everything we needed, especially a big terrace facing the port. The hotel sits in central Bellagio with a direct view of the port. Reception staff were helpful and could sort out issues or book restaurants. Breakfast came with port scenery, and Frank, whom we saw each morning, managed things for all the guests and was helpful. Recommend.
