The team were friendly and very helpful, and the hotel is in a good spot. I found the food plentiful, though not especially tasty. The housekeeping staff are Russian women.

At Villa Emma, the owners and staff made us feel right at home, with service that went well beyond what we expected. What stood out throughout our stay was the care taken with the details. Our room was clean and had everything we needed, and the menu offered good quality food with plenty of variety. We could walk to the ski facilities, though the hotel's efficient shuttle saved us those few steps. There's also a large free car park for hotel guests just across the street.

The shuttle to the ski lifts was quick and always available, and we'll gladly come back. We stayed for five days and had a good time. The owners are very kind and keep a close eye on the staff, so our room was clean and smelled fresh. The cooking was very good for the hotel's category. Across from the hotel, there's free parking with a pass from the hotel. There's also a ski room with boot warmers, plus a small but practical spa and a hot tub with pleasantly warm water.
