Hotel Splendid

This really isn't a place for children. We're used to the hotel in Livigno, which has activities for kids from morning until night. At 5 pm, we were told to keep quiet while laughing and playing frisbee by the pool, even though we were the only ones there. The food was perfect, though, and the interior design was beautiful. Restaurant and bar staff were very friendly, the lobby was clean and modern, and I loved the fireplace.

The staff were what made our stay memorable, especially Joro, the bartender. He was warm, friendly, and made each visit feel special. The massages were very professional and outstanding too. The hotel itself was cute and cozy, but the team's kindness, skill, and positive energy turned it into a lovely experience.

Breakfast was a real highlight. The food, lovely scenery, and attentive waiters made each morning special. We also enjoyed the lobby, where live music played and there were games to enjoy, plus a very kind and welcoming bartender. The spa and heated indoor pool were great, and the location was close to shops and restaurants. The staff throughout the hotel were amazing, treating the place like their own home and hosting us wonderfully.

Debora, the massage therapist, made the wellness experience unforgettable. Her expertise and kind manner turned a massage into a deeply relaxing, rejuvenating moment, one of the highlights of our stay. The welcome from the team at Hotel Splendid in Madonna di Campiglio was lovely from the start. Across reception, the restaurant, and our everyday requests, everyone was attentive, warm, and professional. It felt like being with family, and that consistency is rare. Hotel Splendid lives up to its name and raises the bar for hospitality in Trentino. We felt comfortable and well cared for, and will certainly return. Highly recommend it to anyone who values comfort, elegance, and heartfelt service.
