Dropping off my gear after skiing took about ten seconds, and the service was quick throughout. I'm 6'1" and an experienced skier; for a good weekly price I got skis, poles, and a helmet, including the XXXL size I wanted, haha 😂. The staff's English was so-so, but they got me what I needed straight away. It's a small shop, though I had no complaints. 10/10.
The rental was excellent: quick, helpful service, quality equipment, and new or nearly new skis and boots for everyone. Prices were good, especially for Madonna Di Campiglio. It’s attached to the 5Laghi ski school. I didn’t have the best experience with the school itself, but the rental was great.
Maybe they were having a bad day, but I’ve never met people so unpleasant. They came across as arrogant and presumptuous.
Our experience with Alessandro at the ski rental was rude and unwelcoming. We arrived in January 2025 after a long journey, about an hour before closing, needing skis and boots for five people: two adults and three girls. The ski school had promised us a discount, but he refused to give one; the school refunded us the next day. At the end of the rental, Alessandro kept the group's ID and didn't return it, apparently out of spite. I had to report it lost. The ski school itself was excellent, though, and Maestro Carlo is the best instructor I've ever had. I'd recommend renting through Scuola Sci 4 Laghi.
They were rude even first thing in the morning. I wouldn't recommend them.
