The location was perfect, with places to eat right outside, but be prepared for a lot of stairs. It’s not suitable for wheelchair users, and the apartment was noisy, especially with the church bell ringing every hour. A washing machine would also be useful, since I consider it a basic necessity. Our experience was very negative because Booking.com duplicated our booking and charged us twice. The owner only told us a few days before, after the free-cancellation period had ended. They could have let us know weeks earlier, but didn’t, and weren’t willing to refund us. I understand Booking.com caused the error, but the owner could have made things easier. Losing an extra £1500 had a serious impact on our stay. Apart from that, the stay was okay.

We had a great stay in this spacious, modern flat, right in the center. The view from the bedrooms is stunning, and the terrace is lovely for breakfast or evening drinks. The team were so nice and helpful, and we’d definitely stay again. Most of the time, we could find a free parking space just 500 meters away.

The apartment could use a little freshening up, but we’d happily stay again. The hosts were lovely to deal with and very helpful. It’s within walking distance of everything, and the lake view is magical.

I wish we’d booked more nights. The family were always available and so helpful, and waking up to a breakfast made with love was a treat. Nene is about a 15-20 minute walk from Bellagio city center. We had a great time and would highly recommend it!

We stayed here for three nights, four of us, and really liked the new apartment and its cute terrace. It’s right in the center of Bellagio. I’d definitely recommend it and would come back.
