The price felt completely out of line with what we got, so I wouldn't recommend this as a vacation rental. Noise was a constant problem: the apartment sits near a busy motorway, and the balcony reached 76 decibels. From 8:30 in the morning, a transport helicopter regularly flew over for up to about two hours, carrying building materials from a warehouse. That noise reached 91 decibels. The power fuse also kept tripping. Inside, the place was basic, with ordinary IKEA furniture rather than the design studio we expected.

That view is fantastic, but the apartment itself was dirty, neglected, and badly run-down. There was an unpleasant smell, the kitchen and dishes weren't clean, hot water was poor, and the place badly needs painting. The website photos set expectations far above what we found. We paid in advance and never asked for a refund. The operator's comment claiming otherwise is false, and says a lot about them.

The place is outdated and hasn't been maintained. Cleaning was very basic, with bad smells and traffic noise. The price was prohibitive, and the whole thing felt driven by short-term profit. I can only agree with the other negative reviews.

The place itself was perfect, with a real view of Lake Como. Getting there was a bit tricky, though. The Chuck E. O. and the Hut are both far away, and nobody was there in person. We had to collect the key from a locker that was also hard to find.

A spectacular place. The doctor's review is completely untrue. I highly recommend staying here, and from what I've seen on other sites, plenty of other people have had the same experience.
