The room was small but fine for three people, and the beach was nice and clean. The children also had a lovely evening program every night. There’s a great opportunity to get Mirabilandia tickets, and it’s worth visiting. The food and drink selection was wide, the meals were delicious, and the pizza was the best we’ve ever had. The kitchen staff were very kind, and breakfast croissants were lovely. Wi-Fi only worked by the pool, not in the rooms above the restaurant. The reception staff weren’t punctual with information, and they didn’t understand or speak English. They may well be professional in their own language. Overall, good value for the price.

Vlad was great, exactly what you’d hope for from staff on holiday, and Marco from the entertainment group helped keep us amused even though we don’t speak Italian. We had a great time at your resort. The rooms were very spacious and clean, the pool was a decent size, and the restaurant had plenty of different food options.
