Hotel Residence Fausta

Anna and Nicola made us feel welcome from the start. They were kind, helpful, and available whenever we needed something. Our apartment at Hotel Fausta was clean, well organized, and had everything we needed to feel at home. The place was quiet and well kept, just right for relaxing. We had a very pleasant stay and would gladly recommend it to anyone after comfort, peace, and genuine hospitality. We’ll certainly return.

The breakfast was superb, and the room and shared areas were clean. I stayed for a June weekend with my children, and we had a lovely time. We were welcomed so warmly and kindly. Congratulations, and highly recommended. We’ll be back soon!

Our stay was cut short after a distressing late-night ordeal. We had booked through Abritel and paid online before arriving, but the hotel asked us to pay again, saying it hadn’t received the money. We showed proof of payment, yet nobody made a real effort to sort it out professionally. With no consideration from management and no solution or apology, we felt forced to leave early and drive home in the middle of the night, exhausted and stressed after more than seven hours on the road. The way we were treated felt disrespectful and unprofessional, and ruined the trip. We absolutely don’t recommend the hotel, and hope booking platforms take responsibility so other travellers don’t face the same thing.

We rented the apartment, which was clean, welcoming, and had everything a family needs. The property is excellent, and the new owners are very friendly and especially helpful. Highly recommended!
