The balcony is small and cozy, though there’s no sea view, and the living room is rather tight. The place stays quiet despite the road across the street. Wi-Fi isn’t guaranteed. There’s a double bed, with a sofa bed available for a third guest, and the bathroom is adequate. A pleasant stay in Bellaria.

The best feature is the location, close to both the sea and the center of Bellaria. Beyond that, the house feels small and poorly maintained. The low balustrades, crooked stairs, and handrails make it seem like a Shire house built for hobbits or dwarves. The bathrooms are extremely uncomfortable. And yet, the most convenient thing is being able to pee in the toilet while showering, a dream come true when you don’t want to feel guilty around your roommates. So, in short, I recommend everyone stay here.

The apartment was in rough shape. Doors and light bulbs were missing, the closets were broken, and the agency brushed us off when we pointed those things out. The shower curtain had holes and was too short, so the bathroom got soaked. There was even an anthill beside the balcony. The kitchen was awkward to use, and the gas stove malfunctioned and leaked gas. The timing was a mess, too. We’d told them we’d arrive at 3:00 PM, when the apartments were supposed to be ready, but they were still being cleaned and weren’t available until 5:00 PM. We spent those two hours sitting on the courtyard floor. Key collection was also delayed. We’d specifically asked to have the keys by 10:00 AM because we had a train to catch, but they still weren’t punctual. The only good thing was how close the place is to the sea. Everything else felt shabby.

We spent two weeks in the Bellaria I love, and this year we made the right choice. The apartment was comfortable, close to the sea, and had everything we needed, including a beach. A perfect family holiday. 😍

We’ve been coming back for a few years now. The place isn’t huge, but there’s plenty of room for a seaside stay, and the beach is only steps away.
