We stayed one night during our motorbike tour and had a great time. The rooms were nicely renovated and clean, and the sauna worked well. We got all the information beforehand.

If you need somewhere to stay near Belluno, this is a great choice. There’s excellent parking, and Belluno is only five minutes away. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and very quiet. Ours had a private sauna, a fantastic way to start the day. Mirko also shared tips on things to do in Belluno and recommended restaurants, which we found really useful. Thanks, Mirko. Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely return. Arrivederci a la prossima 😊.

The mountain views are amazing, and the nearby town of Belluno is lovely. There are two very nice restaurants nearby too, but book ahead because they get quite busy. A good place to stay!

The owner, Mirco, isn’t physically there, but he’s always reachable, kind, and happy to share information. Breakfast is a well-organized self-service setup in the ground-floor kitchen. The rooms are simply furnished but very functional, recently renovated, and offer the option of a private sauna in the ensuite bathroom. It’s a quiet spot with free parking and easy access to the main attractions.
