The bartender was so friendly and made me three surprise drinks based on the flavors I said I liked. I also got a little snack from the menu. The service was fantastic, and I had a great time at this bar. Highly recommend it.

The owner told us he opened the bar in the 80’s and asked which flavors and liquors we liked. He suggested one of his muddled passion fruit creations, and the drinks were tasty. A fun local bar to support, and a great spot for a hand crafted cocktail.

The cocktails were attractively presented, and the owner clearly knows his stuff. Prices seemed reasonable, though be ready for a wait while he makes your drinks. He can be a bit of a love-him-or-hate-him character, but we had a really nice evening in Florence.

The drinks were balanced and looked great, and the bartender was kind. He’s very direct and may be a love-or-hate sort of person, so it helps to know that going in. Drinks take a while to prepare, so settle in without a tight schedule. We had a good time.

We came in after seeing the impressive cocktail photos online, but left disappointed. There was no menu, though the man said he could make whatever I wanted. He didn't have a piña colada, so I switched to a mojito, which was poor and had barely any mint. The mojito and gin and tonic came to 22 euros.
