Breakfast was delicious, with something for everyone, and they even made an effort to accommodate my wife’s gluten, egg, and dairy intolerance. Santiago deserves a special mention for taking such good care of us. The staff catered to all our needs and made the stay feel special. The hotel itself is beautiful, quiet, and quaint, with a perfect spot for walking to the usual sights. Ask the concierge to arrange reservations and suggest places to visit and the best times to go. We’d happily stay again.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms and beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was top quality, and the bathroom was very modern and high end. It’s easy to get around on foot from this great spot, tucked beside the Bargello in a small square with Duomo views. Taxis are convenient too. My family had an amazing stay.

The staff were so kind and helpful, and the service really impressed me. I had a lovely three-night holiday here, and the location is great. Even after a horrible first day in Florence when I ran into criminals, I still hope to return to this splendid city. For another Tuscany holiday, I’d likely pick this lovely hotel again.

The team made the stay stand out, always polite and welcoming. A special thanks to Jurgen in the restaurant area for attentive service and dedication to quality, delivered in such a friendly and very polite way. The hotel was comfortable and kept very clean, a peaceful place to come back to after the lively city streets. Its location is ideal for exploring Florence easily. Hope to return soon, it’s a refined and comfortable place in the heart of town.

We spent 4 nights at San Firenze Suites & Spa and found the staff and service exceptional. The location felt very safe, with all the sights walkable and great restaurants and gelato nearby. Rooms were spacious and well appointed, with cleaning twice a day. Breakfast each morning was outstanding, with pastries, fresh fruit, espresso, and omelets made to order.
