Letizia gave us a warm welcome and took time to mark interesting places to visit in Florence on a map. Our triple room was spacious, clean, nicely decorated, and had comfortable beds. Breakfast is no longer offered, but they provide coffee pods and tea, plus a bottle of water in the room fridge. The neighbourhood is quiet even though the city bustle is close by. It's easy to get around on foot and near the train station. Highly recommend!

The people who checked us in were so kind. One woman showed us around the hotel and our room, then gave us a Florence map and suggested places to visit. Cute place!!!

The rooms were comfortable and very clean. The couple who own the place were sweet and really accommodating. We loved our three-night stay.

We were only a few minutes' walk from Santa Maria Novella station, and the area was peaceful. Our room was a studio, small in size but genuinely spacious, with a fully equipped kitchenette. The room and bathroom were large, spotless, and had everything we needed; the bed was very comfortable too. The owners communicated well and were welcoming. We'd happily return.

Our stay at Hotel Alberghino was a disaster. We got there less than an hour after check-in began, but couldn't get in because the hotelier had left and refused to come back. On the phone, the staff were rude, unhelpful, and treated us with total disdain. We asked for our money back, but they wouldn't refund it. The way we were treated showed no professionalism or respect for customers. Avoid this hotel at all costs.
