Dante & Beatrice Suites

The woman who welcomed us was kind, but the rest of the stay was disappointing. I wonder if the men who stayed before us refused to pay for cleaning, because the floor was absolutely filthy. The first day we also got cold water. We have a 10-month-old baby, and I had planned to bathe her in the evening, but freezing water came out while she was under the shower. Come on, it's 2018! At least give us a warning. I also wish they'd been upfront that the room was noisy. That sums up our experience at the Boboli Suite 🤦

I can't comment on the apartment itself because the owners wouldn't let me go there when I arrived in Florence. They said Booking.com hadn't released the money I'd already paid, because of an issue between them and the platform. I had to find somewhere else after I'd arrived, and the owners offered no help, saying I was responsible for sorting it out. A terrible experience.

A small, cozy apartment that's outside the historic center but still easy to get to. It was practical and functional, though there were unpleasant smells coming from the kitchen.

The owner was friendly, and the accommodation was clean and tidy right in the center of Florence.
