The breakfast was amazing, but what stood out most was the staff’s professionalism and hospitality. I accidentally left a personal necklace in the room, and the team quickly found it and arranged to ship it from Florence to Argentina for me. That thoughtfulness went well beyond what I expected from hotel service. I’m very grateful and wholeheartedly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Florence.

We had a great stay and would return if we had the chance. The breakfast was delicious, simple but just right. There were three of us, and our first-floor room had a loft connecting to an outdoor terrace shared with the other rooms on that floor. It had two large beds, one downstairs and one in the loft, plus two big TVs. The bathroom was lovely, with two sinks and a large jacuzzi tub with a shower attachment.

We spent one night here and were very happy with it. Parking was reasonably priced, and the garage attendant handled both dropping off and returning the car. The room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities, and breakfast was delicious. Check-in was quick and easy, with welcoming, accommodating staff. The hotel is a short walk from the city center. Excellent value for the price, and I’d highly recommend it to solo travelers and families alike.

We enjoyed our stay in a shared room with three beds. It was a little cramped, but clean, quiet, and tidy. The central location was great.

Everything was very clean and worked well. The showers are a little small if you’re over 6 feet (1.84 m), and the location is great. All the staff were helpful and shared interesting stories. The woman running the breakfast area was especially friendly and welcoming, and helped us with extra things, including the non-dairy milk we needed.
