Neroli Bio Relais

We came away feeling rested and very well fed after two nights here during our Sicily trip. The setting was peaceful and authentic, just a little outside busy Catania. Every meal impressed us, from breakfast through dinner, with fresh ingredients, rich flavors, and that lovely Sicilian touch. The staff made sure we felt at home and had what we needed, and the welcome was warm from the moment we arrived. It was one of the highlights of our trip. We'd absolutely return and recommend it to anyone visiting Sicily.

We spent a week here last October and really enjoyed it. It’s a small place, so we often had the pool to ourselves, and the view of Etna was breathtaking. There are lovely tortoises in the yard too. Our room was spotless, with a nice mix of modern touches and traditional Italian style, and the staff were super kind and helpful. Breakfast was a bit limited, one of the few downsides. Also, be aware that the road to the hotel is unpaved. We’d definitely come back. ❤️🇫🇮

Neroli Bio Relais gave us the most special stay of our honeymoon, even compared with two bigger, pricier resort-style hotels. Over ten days in Sicily, we had our best meals here. The chef made us fantastic four-course dinners of his choice, and we got to meet him during the cooking class included in our “farm to table” package. He clearly loves the kitchen. The server was excellent too, helping us choose wines and introducing us to new ones. The staff were thoughtful and warm, and the clean, simple hotel had a subtle luxury that made it feel welcoming. If we return to Sicily, we'd insist on staying here again. I'd recommend renting a car and visiting some wineries on Etna while you're there.

The restaurant is in an awesome, beautiful spot, and the food was really good. I didn't stay in the rooms.
