Number 10 Locanda 4 stars

We had dinner at Number 10, in a lovely setting with a cozy, romantic garden. The food was amazing, and the service was so welcoming, with helpful advice. They also sell some wonderful authentic products. We’d heard Number 10 was Piedmont’s big secret, and now I can see why. I’ll definitely come back when I’m in the area.

I didn’t actually stay here, but I’d give it 6/5 stars. The owners are the sweetest, most down to earth people, and the venue is just what comes to mind when you picture Italy. They’re so open to having lovely conversations.

Our apartment was tastefully furnished, spotless, and had a comfy bed. Breakfast was excellent, with local cheese and ham, homemade pastries, coffee, and fresh figs from the garden. It’s one of the best places we’ve ever stayed, and I hope to come back next year. ❤️ The whole place has a lovely family feel and a quiet atmosphere. It brings tradition and modernity together in a Piemontese village among rolling hills, wineries, and the Alps. There’s a wineshop, cafe & restaurant, bakery, epicery, and now a hotel too. The owners are a chef and sommelier, both friendly and passionate about their work. They moved back to his homeland in Piemonte after running an Italian restaurant in the UK. I wish them luck as they carry on with their beautiful vision.

Fantastic rooms in a luxurious, exciting place with a great atmosphere. The owners are friendly and keen to help. There’s good food and a wide range of local wines. Ask the owner what wine to pair with your food.
