Marisa made us feel welcome right away, and the service stayed discreet while she was always available when needed. We were very happy with our stay. The seafront, shops and other amenities, and the train station are all close by, with other beaches only a short drive away. We’d definitely recommend it.

Breakfast comes to your room, and you can choose what you’d like. The woman who runs the place is so kind and makes lovely cakes. The room was very nice and clean, and the sea is about a five-minute walk away.

There’s easy parking nearby, and the place is good value. The rooms are a short way from Belvedere Marittimo beach, in a few street-facing rooms on the building’s first floor. They’re spacious, comfortable, and well looked after, with air conditioning and a refrigerator in each. The friendly owner brings breakfast to your room.

We had such a good stay in June. The homemade cakes at breakfast were delicious, and the room was clean and had all the comforts we needed. There was also a practical kitchenette, set apart from the sleeping area. It was even better than we’d expected.

The sea is an easy walk away, and the place is excellent value for its location. We stayed in a double room, and the welcoming owner also showed us one of the two quadruple rooms. It had a kitchen and elegant furnishings. Everything, from the services to the decor, is very carefully done. Breakfast also comes with excellent artisanal pastries.
