Hi Relais Rooms

The staff were nice, and the access instructions were easy to follow. We had a taxi from the airport included. The hotel is right in the city centre, with easy access to the metro and shopping streets. Our room was nice, though the bed was only okay for comfort and there were a few small stains on the sheets. Everything else was good, and we had a nice stay.

We spent 9 days in Napoli at Hi Relais rooms on Via Toledo and were really happy with the location, staff, and experience. Via Toledo is a busy, noisy road, with traffic constantly passing, but there's a huge range of food options, cafés, bars, restaurants, and shops along it. Even as a light sleeper, I slept well each night. The hotel kept the noise down enough for me, though it wasn't completely quiet. The room was always well maintained, and the staff were super friendly and took care of our needs. About a week before our stay, I contacted them. They arranged a lovely wake-up breakfast for my wife, confirmed a table at a nice restaurant, and sent travel instructions for Capri, Pompeii, and the local airport. Their dedication and friendliness were top notch. The elevator to the rooms is a bit small, but fits 2-3 adults or up to 400Kg. That should be fine unless you're bringing home a dining table or sofa. There are also some photos taken around the hotel. I'd strongly recommend this place if you want to experience real Napoli, with local food, beautiful history, and good bars for winding down in the evenings.

With plenty of restaurants nearby, it was easy to find somewhere to eat. The place is right in Naples’ Old Town, and inside it was very clean. The staff were friendly, and we liked having breakfast brought to our door the next morning. We’d stay here again.

We had a family emergency and contacted the owner three days before our arrival to ask if she’d cancel the booking. She wouldn’t, replying with apologies and emojis while holding on to the 105 euros. Another place was kind enough not to charge us for the two nights we couldn’t stay. To me, this came down to character, not policy. I won’t stay here again.
