We found the apartment comfortable, lovely, and well maintained, and the location made it easy to reach local attractions. Gabriel was friendly and always had good ideas for things to do and places to visit nearby. We had a fantastic stay, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

I was in Naples for a conference, and a few days beforehand I received a really helpful video that explained how to get there step by step. Gabriel met me in person, helped carry my luggage upstairs, and gave me useful tips for getting around and finding good food. It was nice to meet an actual person instead of just getting an entry code. The room was stylish, clean, comfortable, and cozy, with a private bathroom and good free Wi-Fi. Air conditioning was included. Laundry was available cheaply, and I could also request extra cleaning. I enjoyed working on my presentation outside in the cool roof garden. My wife and son joined me, so I extended the stay by a day. Gabriel arranged an extra bed for my son, and we got to see Naples’ beautiful city center after the conference. Gabriel stayed kind and helpful throughout, with tips on where to go and eat, an extra towel or pillow when we needed one, help booking a taxi and printing tickets, and a place to leave our luggage for a couple of hours after checkout. Definitely recommended!

Our family holiday here was deeply disappointing. Although the property advertises air conditioning, the remotes were withheld because the host thought the spring weather wasn’t warm enough. His message said the AC could be switched on at 22C in May, and it was 21C that day. We managed to turn it on without the remote, so we did. The following morning, the host unlocked the front door without permission and came into our private room while a family member was still asleep. He criticized her clothes as being “too warm” and turned off the AC without asking. It felt like a serious violation of our privacy and trust, and was completely unacceptable. When we brought this up, he was dismissive and defensive, and suggested we leave early if we couldn’t follow his rules. We decided to go. We felt unsafe and disrespected, and I’d strongly advise against booking this place. There are plenty of other options nearby where guests may be treated with more hospitality and respect for their privacy. We’re also disappointed that Booking.com doesn’t vet hosts more thoroughly to prevent incidents like this.
