The owner was nice and accommodating, and the location was good. But the quadruple room wasn't what we expected from the main photos: it had a double bed and a single bed, with no sign of the bed shown in the main picture. The rooms are below the building and have little airflow, so there's a damp smell. There are no smoke or fire alarms, and the room is cleaned every four days. Privacy is limited if someone is staying in the other room.

They charged me an extra 20 Euros because I arrived late at night. For 20 more Euros, I'd stay somewhere nicer.

10/10
The room was clean, and the owner was friendly. We also found a free parking spot without any trouble. The main draw is the location, only a few dozen meters from Trajan's Arch in the city center. My complaints are the TV, which didn't get any channels, and the small, unusually low bathroom sink. The mirror cabinet above it made washing up even more awkward, as seems common in B&Bs and often hotels. Still, I'd recommend it.

Ms. Valeria, the owner, is so kind and welcoming, and always cheerful and delightful. The property itself is beautiful and very welcoming, in a great spot near Benevento's pedestrian zone. It's also a wonderful place to get away from the city. I'd recommend booking.
