Fabio and Allessandro were so helpful and committed, and communication was easy even when reception was closed. I stayed five days and was very happy with the clean room, which matched its description. The spot beside Piazza del Popolo and the Fiumino stop worked really well. I'd definitely recommend it.

The breakfast was a real highlight, especially the croissants, which we liked more than the ones we had in Paris. The room and bathroom were excellent, and the mattress was really comfortable. Staff, including the cleaning staff, were friendly and helpful at check-in. It's a great base, a short walk from the metro and about 40 minutes on foot from the Coliseum. We'd stay here again on another trip to Rome.

Everything went smoothly, and the room was absolutely spotless. Breakfast was ready on time each day. We had a brilliant stay, thanks to the team!

The staff were friendly, and the windows did a marvellous job keeping the busy street noise outside. The rooms were very clean, too. Inside, though, the apartment was noisy: the doors felt like cardboard, and you could hear everything in the hallway, so don't expect a lie-in. There's only a small lobby, with no dining area or spot to sit outside your room, though I didn't really miss that. Breakfast was mediocre to bad. In a food capital, a basic oven croissant, a ham and cheese sandwich with plastic cheese, and no fresh fruit felt disappointing. At this price, I expected better value for the food. I'd suggest changing towels less often and putting more effort into breakfast.
