It’s well located and not too far from things, although you should expect plenty of walking. There’s a subway station and bus stops nearby if you’d rather not walk. The bedrooms had everything we needed. The staff sent all the access information several days ahead, so getting in was easy. We asked about an early check-in and got it for a reasonable fee. Kaylie was lovely and made sure everything was neat and tidy. She also made us coffee in the morning. We had a wonderful time, and she was so caring.

We arrived at 2 a.m., but check-in was no problem at all. Gianni, the owner, stayed up to let me in, and they also arranged an airport transfer. It’s a great deal for the price, and I’d strongly recommend it. The room was clean and had enough space. It felt very secure, and the other guests were nice. Kelly, the housekeeper, was lovely and made sure we had everything we needed. The Colosseum is two metro stops away, about five minutes, and Fontana di Trevi is five stops, around 20 minutes.

Kelly was so welcoming and helpful, and I’m grateful to her for everything. The room was beautiful and very clean, with a lovely smell. It’s in a safe area close to the metro, so getting to the center was easy. We’ll definitely stay here again when we come to Rome.

Kelly, who looks after the house, is such a lovely, friendly, hard-working person. She kept our room clean and beautiful and made us a wonderful breakfast. The guest house itself is very nice and clean, and you can walk to the Colosseum and other sights. We loved staying here and highly recommend it if you’re in Rome.
