We had a wonderful stay, with metro and bus stops just a couple of minutes away. Some popular attractions were also close enough to reach on foot. The staff were attentive and accommodating, and everything was super clean. Just note that reception isn't open 24 hours if you're planning to arrive very early or late.

The desk staff were great, and the location was good. We slept really well in a very comfortable bed. But the bathroom was another matter: the shower was heavily moldy, with some mold on the walls, and it was disgusting. We bought disinfectant ourselves to bleach the shower cabin. The bathroom is a bit aged overall, but the shower was especially bad. Rome is expensive, we know, but bleach and a brush are cheap and should be used. The towels didn't smell very fresh either. The internet was utterly rubbish. There was Wi-Fi, but on one of the days there was no actual internet.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful, and there are several nearby places to eat at reasonable prices. The hotel is comfortable and spacious, practically at the entrance to Piazza del Popolo and very close to the metro exit.
