I’d booked and prepaid for a few days before the pandemic started, then had to cancel because of travel conditions from Hungary. On the phone, they said I could reschedule for any date within the next two years. But 16 months later, when I called, they wouldn’t let me use the booking I’d paid for, despite what they’d promised. They offered a 20% discount instead. Ridiculous service, they didn’t keep their word.

Jessica, the owner, was especially courteous and helpful, always ready with advice whenever we needed it. The B&B itself was beautiful, with a very clean, carefully maintained room and an excellent location. We stayed last weekend and will definitely be back.

The owner was very kind and helpful. The place is quiet and well cared for, with outdoor areas that are comfortable to spend time in and relaxing. It’s near the train station, which gets you from Ostia to central Rome in 30 minutes.

I’ll definitely come back. Everything was lovely and especially well cared for, and being close to the station made it easy to get around. The owner, Jessica, is a wonderful and knowledgeable person.
