Civico 87

The woman who checked me in was lovely and patient, even though she spoke very little English. I booked through AGODA, and on arrival you need to message the phone number on the sign outside using whatsapp to let them know you’re there. I meant to stay one night, but liked the room so much that I stayed for two. If you’re touring by bike, this is a great spot in Benevento. The host lets you bring your bicycle inside, there are no stairs, and there’s room for a couple of bikes. The small kitchen is equipped, there’s a little fridge, a comfortable bed and aircon, and the place has a cool look. A supermarket is five minutes away, and the pedestrian shopping area with restaurants and shops isn’t far either. The room’s door opens straight onto the road, which is probably the one drawback. There’s only light traffic, though, and it’s virtually silent from 7pm to 6am. Thanks so much for a cool little place.
