The heat in summer was the one real issue. It kept us from having breakfast on the terrace or in the veranda, although the bedroom air conditioning meant we could sleep well. The penthouse itself is beautiful, centrally located in Manfredonia, tastefully decorated, and has all the amenities.

Getting in means going up several flights of stairs and through three doors. Once inside, the apartment is stylishly furnished, with comfortable beds and a big dining area. Its large balcony has a magnificent view over the church and square, and the location is central. The water pressure is very weak, so showering takes patience. The towels are unusually large, more like bedsheets.

There's a little terrace looking toward the cathedral, which is a nice extra. The apartment itself was tidy, well furnished, and above all clean. The owner and the woman who checked us in were both kind and very helpful. The location is right in the center, just a stone's throw away, as the name suggests. Highly recommended!

The terrace overlooking Piazza Giovanni XXIII is a real highlight and worth the price of admission. The apartment was very nice, clean, and had all the amenities. It's also right in the center, just steps from the Corso and its many bars and restaurants, with something for everyone. Highly recommended.
