The owners were exceptionally courteous and helpful. The apartment was quiet, clean, and had all the comforts you could need. Its spot in the historic center of Manfredonia is a real plus.

I cut my stay short and ended up paying a hefty penalty. The owner seemed kind and helpful at first, but was intrusive and superficial. The property felt like a poorly cleaned house: greasy dishes, dirty tablecloths, crumbling chairs, and sand in the dirty shower. There were no anti-Covid regulations.

The coffee maker is too small, and there's nothing in the kitchen to dry dishes on. There are no bidet towels, and a lamp and bedside table would be useful for setting down a phone and wallet.
