Ariadimari Hotel

Being disabled, I hoped to find a respectful, friendly place, but I left feeling very uncomfortable, especially at the pool. The staff service was terrible and inconvenient, and it badly affected my enjoyment of the facilities. The owners and the woman in charge left a particularly strong negative impression. I can't remember her name, but her behavior was unpleasant. I also overheard the owner's peculiar exchanges with other guests, which made the atmosphere feel even more uneasy and depressing. I wanted to share this because the customer service and general atmosphere need improvement. Every guest deserves kindness, respect and professionalism, regardless of their circumstances. I hope the feedback is considered and that the property takes steps to make it welcoming and inclusive for everyone.

The room was far below what the photos and description led us to expect. The furniture was worn and damaged, and instead of a proper double bed we had what was essentially a sponge, which made sleeping very uncomfortable. The owner watched us closely throughout the stay, including by the pool, where she made sure we followed the no eating or drinking rule. We did follow it, but the constant scrutiny was stressful. She also kept commenting on our children's behavior, even though our two and four-year-olds were acting their age. We felt neglected, and the children were stressed by her presence. Things got especially upsetting when she accused us of fraud and called the police because of a reservation mistake. We were willing to correct it and pay the proper fee for the children, but her reaction felt completely out of proportion. We wouldn't accept being called fraudsters or shouted at, and it made us even more frustrated. She knew how young our children were and still tried to make us leave. Rather than a pleasant, family-friendly hotel, it felt like a prison, almost Alcatraz-like. The whole stay was stressful and disappointing. I wouldn't recommend it to families with young children or anyone hoping for a welcoming atmosphere.

Everyone we met from the staff was friendly and helpful. The owner greeted us warmly and pointed out where to find restaurants and beaches.

The room was spacious, with good air conditioning and a fridge. There was a pleasant garden, parking, and an OK breakfast. In the bathroom, though, the faucet was broken and the shower temperature couldn't be adjusted.
