Hotel Nocker

We came here and ended up having an unexpectedly amazing meal. The food was fresh and so tasty. I'd absolutely recommend it to anyone.

We stayed here while hiking in the Dolomites, and it was just right. The hotel has a lot of charm, and the rooms are clean, with daily housekeeping. Breakfast was very tasty and set us up well for the day. The staff don't speak much English, but they're extremely kind and helpful, and we felt well looked after. I totally recommend this place.

The guest pass was so useful for getting to nearby towns and hiking trails, and the train station and bus stops were close. We usually got onto the trail around 8:30, after breakfast at 6:30 and setting off by 7:30. We came back around 15:00, rested, used the sauna, had dinner at 19:00, then often took a walk before dark. The sauna was included and open daily from 16:30 to 18:30, so it became part of our routine. My wife and I spent nine nights here on half board and had a great stay. Our room was comfortable, with a balcony and a lovely mountain view. Breakfast was varied and filling. Dinner was tasty each night, with traditional South Tyrolean food and a choice of two dishes on a different menu every evening. The friendly staff were happy to accommodate requests, including my wife's favourite carbonara or gelato. Having the same table assigned for every meal gave the dining room a familiar feel, and we got to know our neighbours. Staff spoke limited English, but they were always helpful and made a real effort. One small downside was that the Wi-Fi was sometimes unstable. I had enough European mobile data to stay connected when I needed to. We really enjoyed our time here and would love to return.

This family-run hotel puts its guests first. Our triple room was quite spacious, and both breakfast and dinner were excellent. Parking was easy, with a large free lot at the hotel.
