The food is what stands out: the pasta was perfectly cooked, the meat dishes were satisfying, and the seafood was especially impressive, with balanced flavors and lovely presentation. The menu offers classic Italian and Venetian cooking made with fresh, high-quality ingredients, and every plate showed care and an authentic taste. Le Due Corone has a cozy but sophisticated interior, with a warm, refined atmosphere that suits a romantic dinner or a special occasion. It's in the heart of Venice, and the setting blends traditional Italian hospitality with a modern touch. Service was attentive and professional. The staff were happy to explain dishes and suggest wines, and even when it was busy they stayed calm and organized. Prices seemed fair for the quality and location, and the whole meal felt worth it. A good pick in Venice for traditional flavors, an elegant setting, and reliable quality.

The owner was helpful and kept in touch during our stay. We were in a lovely old building right by San Marco, and the rooms felt cozy. The shared kitchen was well equipped and open around the clock.

Michele really made us feel welcome and went out of his way as a host. My room was spotless and comfortable, with thoughtful little extras I wouldn't expect at a 2-star hotel. The place is peaceful at night despite being near San Marco, and that location was perfect for my Venice trip. Four-star service in a 2-star hotel. I'll be telling all my friends in Australia about this gem!

I felt safe staying here on my own, and the modern, pristine room and bathroom were lovely. The 24-hour breakfast room next door was a bonus, and it stayed cool and comfortable. The clock chiming in the evening was a nice touch, too, with all of Venice's amenities close by. It's a characterful property very near St Mark's Square. Other guests chatting didn't bother me, but anyone wanting guaranteed quiet might prefer another room. During the extreme summer heat, the bathroom and hallway got extremely hot. The owner was very communicative, though I sadly never met him as he was never at the property. Michele always replied to my messages.

Michele was super friendly, helpful, quick to reply, and spoke English really well. The shared kitchen had plenty of snacks for breakfast or whenever, and free WiFi came in handy when our cell service was spotty. The room was clean, with lovely antique furniture, and the bathroom had been completely updated. There isn't a view from the room, but we knew that before booking, and the location more than made up for it. It's literally around the corner from San Marco Square, which is amazing for tourists. Loved this little place!
