The location worked perfectly for us, with everything still close by and around a five-minute walk away, while the nights stayed quiet. The place was super clean, and the hosts were amazing. Francesca was especially accommodating with our schedule, responded quickly, and suggested great restaurants. It was great getting tips from someone who grew up in Venice.

There’s a shared kitchen and living room with lots of amenities to use. The apartment is in a great spot, within walking distance of Venice’s main areas and very close to Rialto bridge, which makes crossing to either side easy. Our room and bathroom were both beautiful, large and very clean. Recommended!

The apartment is bigger than a typical Venice hotel room and has modern amenities. It’s a little away from the main routes and faces a small canal where boats and gondolas pass now and then. Monica was easy to deal with as a host. I’d recommend staying here for a trip to Venice!

Even though we were only there briefly, Monica gave us great tips for making the most of our trip. We tried two of her restaurant suggestions and had amazing food away from the busy tourist areas. The room was spacious and clean, and we loved looking out over the canal at the gondolas passing by. Thank you, Monica and Beatrice !!! We'd definitely come back for a longer visit.

We had a lovely stay. The apartment was nice and clean, and the location was great, with everything about a 10-minute walk away. Our host was very good and gave us lots of information about the city, including where to go and where to eat. All in all, a good place to stay.
