The apartment is very well located and has potential, but the initial cleaning needs more attention. When we arrived, we found garbage bags in the bathroom, a bad smell, damp towels, and unmade beds. That was quite uncomfortable after traveling. We reported it, and someone came to clean quickly, which we appreciated. During the stay, we also missed some basic things: a kitchen sponge, a working water heater, and a range hood. The sofa bed was really uncomfortable too. I hope these points are taken into account for future guests, especially the cleaning, which is essential. To clarify the timing, our check-in was scheduled for 3:00 PM on April 3, 2026. We arrived almost two hours late and first contacted them through Booking.com at 4:59 PM about the cleaning, then via WhatsApp at 5:15 PM. This can be verified. We did not arrive early.
