The owner was lovely, and the rooms were clean with a comfortable bed. It’s a beautiful place for the price, and super convenient, just a short walk from the funicolare. I stayed one night and would recommend it.

We slept really well, even through a thunderstorm. The rooms are large and the people are nice. I’d recommend it. What more could you ask for?

There were four doors to lock and unlock, and my room was missing electrical outlets. The sink was blocked, the garage cost an extra 20 euros and wasn’t in the building, and there was no Wi-Fi. The place is old and unwelcoming, with no breakfast, despite Booking saying it was available. Don’t stay there! Booking hasn’t published my review yet, but this accommodation really isn’t decent. I have pictures as proof.

Our host was incredibly kind and always nearby if we needed anything. We had a lovely weekend with the family, visiting Bérgamo and Bréscia, and stayed in the top-floor apartment room. It had three beds and a private bathroom. It was completely quiet apart from the church bells starting at eight in the morning. Definitely a good choice for a couple or family.

We had a great three-night stay. The apartment is on a quiet side street, but right in the middle of vibrant, beautiful Citta Alta. The host was fantastic. Highly recommended.
