The owner made a huge difference to our stay. He checked every day that we were comfortable, explained how to get around, and suggested places to eat and where to get delicious gelato in Bergamo. His personal attention made the experience memorable. At Borghetto Airport/Hospital in Bergamo, the location was incredibly convenient. Two bus stops right by the hotel made it easy to get around, especially to Città Alta. Shops are close too, including a Carrefour Express about a three-minute walk away. The rooms were spotless and well kept, with cleaning and fresh towels every day. The modern air conditioning worked perfectly, and Android TV meant I could use all my usual apps in any language. I've been to Italy many times, but this was my first stay here, and one of the best hotel experiences I've had in this price range. The comfort, cleanliness, convenience, and warm hospitality were hard to beat for the price. I'll definitely return on my next trip to Bergamo.

The host was great. He picked us up from the airport for a €15 fee. The hostel is on the outskirts of Bergamo, but the bus stop for the city center is just outside the building. The main train station is a 20-minute walk away. Our room was clean and comfortable.

The owner was friendly and very helpful, and the room was cozy. It's not far from the airport, and the bus stop for the city center or train station is just around the corner. The restaurants the owner suggested were top quality. I'd definitely recommend this place.

He gave us useful tips for getting around efficiently, suggested several good places to eat, and helped arrange transport to the airport. It's well located near bus stops, with direct access to the center and close to the airport. A good base for starting a trip.

The place was quiet at night, and the owner was really helpful. He told us about nearby places to eat and the bus routes. Our room was fairly clean, and it was about a 15-minute walk from the train station. The room price was really reasonable.
