We were allowed to arrive early and leave our bags, even though the official check-in time was later, which let us go out. Sabrine also recommended some great places for food and drinks. The apartment is right in the city center, with everything close by, and it's very nice, new, and clean. The owners were pleasant, and the owner's sister Sabrine was especially kind and communicative. She explained everything clearly. Big greetings to you, and I hope to see you again.

We had a comfortable bed and a great location, and our host was wonderful. They met us at check-in, showed us around, and explained Bergamo and how best to use public transit. The apartment has a very distinctive design. It's upstairs, with sturdy but steep steps that take big or staggered steps to climb. The window above the bed let in quite a bit of street noise through the night and early morning. Still, I'd highly recommend staying here.

The apartment was cozy, clean, and well equipped, and the hosts were friendly and helpful. It's in a wonderful spot near the center, a bus stop, the train station, restaurants, and grocery stores. A highly recommended place to stay and enjoy Bergamo.

The hosts were kind, easy to reach, and shared a guide to the area. Even a few days after I left, they helped me call a taxi in Italian when I was having trouble with it. The apartment was very nice and clean, and I'd love to stay with them again.

Communication with Donizetti Apartments was 10+, and I felt safe arriving. The apartment is beautiful and close to the center of Bergamo, with a price-quality rating of 10+. The stairs are nice, though they may not suit people with difficulty moving around. Thank you 🤗!
