Check-in was efficient, and the hotel sits conveniently between downtown and the old town. The atmosphere was quiet and comfortable, with useful amenities, a clean bathroom, and a balcony looking out onto beautiful, peaceful surroundings. The comfortable bed and smart TV made it a good place to relax and recharge. The staff were polite and friendly, especially Ms. Gritti and her team. Compared with other hotels in this range, this one is far ahead, with superior quality.

Everything worked smoothly, and auto check-in was easy. The room was spotless and modern, with a large comfortable bed, lots of pillows, and a balcony. We appreciated the free water, coffee, and tea, plus fast Wi-Fi and two TVs. The location is excellent: a 15-minute walk from the train station and two minutes from the bus 1 stop for the airport. The price felt fair for the quality. Better toilet paper would be a small improvement, but everything else was great.

The hotel has a great location for walking around, and it felt safe. It was clean and cozy, with a good overall feel. The owner was incredibly helpful, kind, and professional. Highly recommend it for a visit to Bergamo.

Leila was a wonderful host, easy to communicate with and very helpful throughout our stay. We spent one night at Ginevra Rooms last week. The modern room and bathroom were both clean and had everything we needed. It's ideally placed, just a five-minute walk from the funicular to the old town, with lovely squares and streets full of nice bars and shops close by. We'll definitely stay here again on our next trip to Bergamo.

The room was incredible, and the location was easy to find, just two minutes from the bus station. The sheets and towel were new and clean, and the owner always answered my questions about the town. We had a great experience and will definitely be back next year.
