The room stayed warm even though it was around 0-2°C outside at night, and the bathroom was warm too. The apartment has no kitchen, but there was an electric kettle in our room and a hairdryer in the bathroom. Our room shared a bathroom with just one other room, while the others had private ones. The location was good. It was noisy, though: we were right by the apartment and building doors, so we heard people coming and going, other guests, doors opening and closing, and especially Italians speaking loudly.

At check-in, we were told our room couldn't be used because of technical problems, so they moved us somewhere else. The replacement was much worse, far from the center and in an ugly neighborhood. Having a separate bathroom was the only plus.

The rooms were very clean, neatly arranged, and had all the amenities. They were much better than standard hotels, but the walls are thin. We could hear noise from neighboring rooms and outside.

The place felt overrated and was very hard to find, with no signs. We only learned at the property that check-in happened somewhere else. The confirmation email just had a figure you're supposed to tap to open the map. They also charge to store luggage at the check-in location or to check in early.

The price was really good, and the bed and bathroom were nice. The rooms weren't very soundproof, though. I could hear everything from inside and outside.
