Casa Aydée

We had a great stay, even though it rained on four of our six days. Casa Aydee is a lovely, clean place with nice decor in a residential area about 2 km from central Bergamo. Claudia and her husband, the managers, live off-site but are always reachable by phone and around most mornings and some evenings. The other guests were European, and the interior was pleasant. There are a couple of cafés and bars within 600 m, though some close at 3 pm. A supermarket is 800 m away, and you can cook dinner at Casa Aydee, with a fridge available. Good coffee is served morning till night. I bought two bottles of wine from C. A. for only 12 euros total. There's a balcony upstairs and a patio downstairs. Some people smoked there; I had coffee and sketched the local church. Highly recommended.

Our room had a cozy bed, nightstands, and a wardrobe, and there was a nice robe laid out on the bed. It was room 5, with a shared bathroom. We got a small towel but no large one, though the robe helped make up for that. The showerhead was amazing, and the owner was friendly, communicative, and helpful. Breakfast was included, with croissants, cakes, cookies, fruit, yogurt, cereal, and eggs. The house is beside the road and 4 km from the airport, so it can get noisy. For the price, it was a great stay.

They waited for me when my flight was delayed, so I could check in at 00:10. The staff were amazing and very polite. Casa Aydée is a lovely place that feels like home, and it's clean with yummy food. Italian breakfast is always good ☺️☺️ 10 out of 10. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The hosts are extremely friendly and kind, and breakfast was delicious, with homemade jam and buns. The apartment was very clean and cozy, in an excellent spot between the train station and the old city. A very good place to stay, and I'd highly recommend it to everyone.
