I was trying to arrange a New Year's Eve stay for two. After our phone conversation, the owner asked me to email the dates, saying she would then send photos of the apartment. The photos never came. I called several times to get at least a booking confirmation, but she was always busy and had no time. In the end, she blocked my calls and WhatsApp too. Shameful behavior. I'm speechless, and wouldn't book here.

The apartment was easy to reach from the airport: bus number 1 takes about 20 minutes and drops you practically at the door. It's also very close to the Old Town, around a 10-minute walk. Laura was kind and helpful, reachable by phone if anything came up, and communication in English was possible. She let me check in early, and picking up the keys was easy. The ground-floor apartment is in an old building with thick walls that keep it from getting hot. It's nicely decorated and fully equipped. I highly recommend it.

We cancelled our hotel room two days ahead for personal reasons and were charged the full 100% cancellation fee. Outrageous. We'll never book this hotel again!
