The apartments were stunning, right on piazza pontida, and the rooms and facilities were spectacular. They felt worth a lot more than I paid. Breakfast was lovely, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Bus stops are close, and most attractions in both lower and upper Bergamo are within walking distance.

Maria provided great service when I asked if they could get flowers for my girlfriend’s birthday trip to Italy. They did, and also had a cake ready. The room was incredible, very clean and comfortable, and smelled lovely. The bed wasn’t the best quality, but that didn’t take away from everything else. We enjoyed the breakfast too. Worth every euro and the five star review. If we come to Bergamo again, we’ll definitely be back.

We came to Italy for a holiday and stayed here for my girlfriend’s birthday. It’s the best hotel we’ve stayed at so far, and I’d say come here if you’re looking in this area, whatever the cost. The place was extremely quiet and clean. Even though breakfast hours are 08.00-09.30, they left breakfast on our table every morning. When pharmacies were closed and we needed painkillers, the woman in charge brought them right away and kept asking if we needed anything else. She was so sweet and kind. They also noticed my girlfriend’s birth date in her passport and prepared a gift. Those thoughtful gestures meant more to us than the holiday itself. We’re really grateful for these lovely moments and for everything.

The bathtub looked clean at first, but as soon as we turned on the massage feature, dirt and hair came out. I assume it was from previous guests. It was disgusting and unsanitary, so do NOT use the tub. We contacted the property manager the next morning so the next guests wouldn’t have the same problem. She was unhelpful and condescending, and didn’t seem interested in finding the cause. I don’t expect them to fix it. The attitude was shocking, and it was also quite noisy late at night.
