The apartment was warm, which mattered since I visited Bergamo in winter, and it was tidy, clean, well equipped, and very nice. They'd left snacks and bottles of drinking water, a lovely touch. The bed was comfortable with a huge duvet, and the bathroom was clean and had a hairdryer, towels, and basic toiletries. I was very pleased with the stay. I wasn't happy with the communication, though. I asked several times whether early check-in was possible and got no reply. I asked again when I arrived and was told they'd check, but then heard nothing more. I would have planned my day differently if they'd simply said early access wasn't possible. I wasn't upset that I couldn't get into the apartment sooner, just that nobody answered the question after I asked it several times.
The location was perfect, and the apartment was designed with great taste. It had so many amenities, including everything we needed for breakfast and several kinds of coffee to choose from. The bathroom had everything we needed and more. This was the best apartment I've booked, and it exceeded my expectations. We'd love to come back.
The flat was lovely, though there was so much decor that I barely had room for my own things. The customer service was a major problem, and very poor. Before checkout, I called to arrange a taxi through their service. The concierge app quoted €95, and they said they'd call me back. I heard nothing for over an hour, so I called again. They said I could book a taxi and it would cost €150, and that they'd call me back. Almost another hour passed before they told me they couldn't arrange it because I'd already left the flat. More than two hours had passed since my first call, and by then I was left to figure out how to get to the airport. It was incredibly stressful, and I had to make last-minute plans. Their lack of help caused a lot of unnecessary stress, and I'm very unhappy with the service.
I felt really comfortable here. The apartment was beautiful, very clean, and in a great location. There was great coffee and plenty of other breakfast food, too. I'd love to come back.
The accommodation was well located and nicely equipped, with everything we needed for breakfast and the bathroom. Communication with the host was good too.
