Romeo and Juliet B&B and Apartaments

The room was a little old, but it was comfortable and everything was fine.

Super!

The shower was damp and didn’t seem clean, so I have to rate the stay lower because of that. Gabriele, though, was very friendly and attentive. He let us check in early and leave our luggage, carefully explained how to use the keys, and personally showed us around. His service was definitely 10/10. We stayed a couple of weeks ago. It’s affordable and centrally located if you’re staying for one day and don’t need a shower, but I wouldn’t recommend staying longer than two days.

The shower was the one thing that let the apartment down. It's worn, fixed firmly to the wall, and you can't change the direction of the water. Everything else was as expected. The place is spacious, and the location made getting around easy. Shops, the central shopping street, museums, squares, and churches are all within walking distance, with most sights about a relaxed ten-minute walk away. The kitchen has the basics for simple cooking, including a stove and kettle. Heating worked well too, and the room stayed warm without drafts or dampness even on a chilly, changeable day. The host was friendly, spoke excellent English, and answered questions quickly. He also helped with practical things and shared useful local tips. The coffee and sweets he left were a thoughtful touch.
