SHAMEFUL AND EMBARRASSING! STAY AWAY. Eight hours before departure, on our arrival day, I got a text saying they couldn't accommodate us because they were fully booked. They had confirmed our visit a month earlier. There were eight of us, including small children, left on the sidewalks outside the property.

We had to pay upfront to get the key, and the access code came by email. When we arrived, the apartment hadn't been cleaned, and there were no fresh sheets or towels. The person in charge couldn't be reached by phone. Getting a reply by email was slow and tedious. They cleaned after that, and we had dinner while they were there. One bed was freshly made; the other was only partly done. There was a piece of tinsel on the sheet. When we contacted them again, we were told there was no fresh linen left, even though the sheets were visibly dirty. I slept with the towels. Later photos showed hair and sequins in the bed. Some of the furnishings felt cheap, careless, and unloved. There was no soap by the sinks or bath mat. The fire extinguisher was installed sloppily and fell off as we walked past. There was no personal service, and they could only be reached by email. We got no refund, and the dirty sheets weren't changed. The only compensation offered was a late checkout. Unbelievable. I can only advise against staying here.
