I booked 10 minutes in advance, but when I saw the room and asked for a refund because it didn't match the offer, they refused to return the full amount I'd paid for 5 days. The photos weren't even close to what was published. Inside, the oven was completely torn apart and unusable, and the gas boiler was in the middle of the room with no outside outlet for safety if it broke down. When I asked about it, they said it was up to code. Great, put that on the autopsy report 😄. The place overlooks a parking lot, and the building is run-down. It's on the second floor with no elevator, and the old building smelled of mold and stale food. How would you describe that behavior, legal and correct? MAKE YOUR OWN CONSIDERATIONS. It deserves 0 stars, but that's not an option. I hope lots of people read this so they don't fall into the same trap.
